**Role Overview:**
We are on the hunt for a skilled Blockchain Developer to join our dynamic
team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and optimizing
the EVA DAPP's blockchain infrastructure. As a key player in our growth, you
will be compensated with a significant amount of equity tokens in the DAO,
aligning your success with ours.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on the blockchain.
2. Collaborate with the UX/UI team to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
3. Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of the EVA DAPP.
4. Stay updated with the latest advancements in blockchain technology and integrate them into our platform.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the blockchain infrastructure.
7. Provide technical leadership and support to the team.

**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer with a strong understanding of blockchain architecture and design principles.
2. Proficiency in smart contract development and deployment.
3. Familiarity with Web 3, DAOs, and DAPPs.
4. Strong programming skills in languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, and Python.
5. Knowledge of blockchain testing tools and frameworks.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
