* Be experienced in Python, FastAPI, OpenAPI, Postgres, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform
* Come with both strong opinions rooted in experience and an excitement for debate to discover the best solutions
* Be detailed-oriented yet stay grounded in the big picture
* Thrive as a 0 to 1 product engineer
