I am looking for a new CTO for the company.
To date I have been managing the product from start to scratch myself, and
with recent funding, it is time for me to hand over the rains to a
professional.
This is my second company - so I am an experienced founder and the MVP is
already built (web app).
I am looking for someone to come in, take over the product and grow with the
company.
I truly want to find someone who will join for the long term and grow to
become a true friend.
Like any startup there will be a healthy balance of tough and great times, and
I’d rather go on that journey with a person I like working with and who the
team we build likes working with.

You should enjoy business strategy and enjoy using that to guide product development.
Hard skills
* Experienced with the existing tech stack.
* Experienced with mobile development.
* Experienced in tech project management *Experience in managing engineering teams.
* Would be great if you have military experience.
In summary, we are looking for a highly competent, highly motivated individual
who will start off with their hands on the tools, before moving into a purely
managerial role.
Once a manager, your daily experience will be attending client facing and
internal meeting with the CEO, and then turning business objectives into a
product roadmap and development.
