We are on a mission to disintermediate human labor in advanced finance (e.g.
investment banking, hedge funds, private equity, etc…). We have built the
world’s most powerful AI for advanced finance on the heels of generative AI
and are distributing it as software enabling workflow automation. Our culture

**What will you do?**
As a generalist backend infrastructure engineer, you will build the financial
analysis platform powered by AI that will redefine an entire industry. You
will have the opportunity to reimagine and realize what an elite platform
looks like and set the course for how highly scalable, reliable, and robust
applications are built and deployed. Despite the deep technical bench and
product, we are in fact selling trust more than anything else - i.e. do our
customers trust the quality of the output enough to save them significant
time? Since we are reinventing an industry and approaching the problem the
exact opposite of almost all other generative AI companies, there is no “ideal
spec”. We greatly value first-principle thinkers who are in the search for
what’s right, not who’s right.

technology companies and universities (too many to list). We challenge you to
find a more compelling initial team.
**What will you work on?**
Design and implement end-to-end solutions that are low latency, high
availability, reliable, observable, and scalable.
Design, build, and maintain the platform by applying generalization techniques
without sacrificing readability and ease of debugging.
Author and maintain core libraries.
Automate and optimize data and infrastructure pipelines with strong dev-ops
fundamentals.
Enforce security posture around infrastructure security, data protection, and
compliance.
**Who are you?**
A top percentile programmer who is adept at finding efficient solutions for
hard problems. Experience with writing Python code deployed in production is a
plus.
Adept in computer science fundamentals and practical application.
You find fulfillment in working together as a team and delivering customer
impact.
You enjoy digesting complex requirements, making tradeoffs, deriving
executable workstreams, and executing.

**Pay and equity**
We pay >90th percentile in equity and >60th percentile in salary - we want
A-level talent and that comes at a cost monetarily, but is anti-dilutive and
worth it to build a generational company. That's our mentality and hope that
