Responsibilities
• Take ownership of the features: Ideate, Build, Deploy and Iterate. As one of
our core employees, you will get the chance to take complete end-to-end
ownership of projects and have creative control over the direction to take,
delivering high-quality maintainable and scalable software based on business
need.
• Deliver high-performance scalable CV pipelines exploring the latest
breakthrough in AI for both local, on-premises applications and cloud-based
platforms.
• Architect and refine your very own AI model architectures using proven
frameworks.
• Fix bugs and optimise the existing codebase, enhancing the code-quality and
stability with functional testing.
• Integrate our solution with third-party vendors, forging dynamic
partnerships in diverse industry landscape.
• Collaborate very closely with, and incorporate feedback from engineering,
operations, and business teams to develop solutions as per the product
roadmap, in collaboration with the subject matter experts, to ensure maximal
efficiency of the solution.
Technical Abilities
• Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or
related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in deep learning and in building fast and
efficient deep learning pipelines.
• Foundational knowledge in computer science, with competencies in data
structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience with object-oriented programming in Python and deep learning
frameworks (Torch, TensorFlow).
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of computer vision algorithms and
experience working with libraries like OpenCV and Pillow.
• Exposure to cloud architectural patterns. (e.g., well-designed APIs, high
volume data pipelines, message queues, distributed caching).
• Familiar with container-based applications and orchestration tools (Docker
and Kubernetes) for coding and debugging.
• Experience with writing unit & integration tests, monitoring code coverage
etc.
• DevOps mindset for monitoring and deploying code with versioning tools and
CI/CD.
• Experience delivering a high-quality product as an individual (or open-
source) contributor as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced,
continuously changing environment.
• Familiar with dependency management and packaging tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with “can do” attitude
seeking to make
a difference. Must be willing to work with an internationally distributed
team.
