**What We Are Looking For**
Consiglieri is hiring an AI Creative Lead to help us solve today's pressing
issues such as content velocity, creative quality control, creative learning
agenda, and performance insights through the responsible integration of
advanced AI capabilities. This role requires a resourceful and collaborative
individual who is not afraid to think outside the box and use expertise to
drive AI creative content and solutions across digital and social marketing,
customer experience, and internal processes.
We are looking to hire this role as a full-time contractor for 3 months, with
the opportunity for full-time employment after contract completion.
**Responsibilities & Duties**
* Utilize AI tools and software to design and create digital marketing assets such as social media graphics, display ads, email templates, website visuals, and video content.
* Leverage generative AI tools to produce innovative creative content for client projects, business pitches, and internal company needs.
* Apply AI-based techniques for image manipulation, video editing, and visual effects to enhance the quality and impact of creative assets.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of creative assets into initiatives.
* Stay updated with the latest AI tools, trends, techniques related to digital design, and marketing. Engage in research and conceptualization, design, prototyping, testing, and scaling of tech-based creative solutions.
* Maintain an organized file management system for easy retrieval and version control of digital assets.
* Take part in Consiglieri thought leadership for internal team and client educational sessions to drive understanding of responsible generative AI practices and tools.
* Collaborate with the marketing team and Consiglieri leadership to understand project requirements and objectives.
**Requirements**
* Must have a portfolio of work, including AI Generated art or content.
* Proven experience as an art director, creative lead, graphic designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
* Experience designing for brands strongly preferred.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Art, Design, Marketing, or related field.
* Proficiency in using AI tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Sketch, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway ML, etc.
* Solid understanding of digital marketing principles including branding, typography, color theory, and user experience (UX) design.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
