**What We 're Looking For**
We're on the hunt for an Enrolled Agent who's ready to help us turn the
industry upside down. You're more than just a number-cruncher – you're a
financial superhero ready to empower small businesses to thrive and grow!
As an Enrolled Agent, you want to make waves, drive change, and be part of
something bigger. You’re a self-starter who knows how to juggle tasks with
ease and grace. Communication is your jam, and you know how to collaborate
with a team just as well as you can hold your own.
**What you’d do:**
* Manage our client’s books on a monthly and quarterly basis.
* Answer clients’ tax questions and do analysis to solve the clients financial problems.
* Prepare and submit individual and business federal and state tax returns like a wizard.
* Advise clients on business tax planning strategies all year round.
* Account management of clients’ business finances.
* Be the Sherlock Holmes of the tax world. Research and interpret tax laws and regulations.
* Be a lifelong learner. Keep up to date with the ever-evolving tax code.
* Provide expert advice on complex tax issues.
**Requirements:**
* Strong experience preparing business tax returns and solid familiarity with tax code.
* Strong experience and familiarity with QuickBooks Online.
* Comfortable working directly with clients and advising on business and tax strategy.
* Eager to learn new skills and push yourself to the next level.
* Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
* Self-starter who’s comfortable working solo and in a group on projects.
* (Nice to have) IRS representation experience.
