**The Position**

The Account Executive position at Machinio System is critical to the growth of
the company and one of our young products. If you have experience selling a
SaaS product, are relentless, thrive in a competitive environment, and want to
make an immediate impact, this role is a great opportunity for you. Machinio
System is a growing product, alongside our very successful 10-year old
marketplace Machinio.com, that is innovating an old-school $400 BILLION dollar

**Machinio and Machinio System**

Our products are revolutionizing the multi-generational machinery industry. We
have been previously featured in Forbes (founders recognized as 30 under 30),
Crainโ€™s Chicago Business, Business Insider, Inc.com, Successful Farming and
more.

**Responsibilities:**

* Acquiring clients, expanding the client base and generating revenue for our SaaS product, Machinio System.
* Establishing relationships with business owners and C-level executives all over North America and bringing them on as members.
* Complying with KPIs and goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
* Collaborating and strategizing with the Business Development, Operations and Leadership team to improve aspects applicable to your role, as well as to the overall growth of the company.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of 2 years of experience selling a SaaS product
* Comfortable learning, strategizing, introducing, selling and scaling a SaaS product.
* Proven track record of success carrying/maintaining/exceeding sales quotas.
* Mastery in establishing relationships with anyone.
* Ability to negotiate exceptionally well.
* Ability to serve as a consultant, with a problem-solving approach.

**Compensation**

* Base salary
* Generous commission structure.
* Robust benefits package _First year on target earnings of anywhere from 120k-150k, with the opportunity to earn more._

**Our Interview Process:**

* Step 1 - Phone Interview with the Director of Operations to get to know you.
* Step 2 - Google Meets video interview with our Senior Director of Revenue, to discuss the role further and conduct an evaluation. Compensation is discussed on this step!
* Step 3 - Final interview
