As our first Product Designer, you'll shape the future of our design vision by

### 🔍 What You'll Tackle
* **Own the Design Process:** Lead the end-to-end design of our products, from initial concept to high-fidelity visuals and prototypes, ensuring every detail aligns with the user experience vision.
* **Strategic Product Thinking:** Collaborate directly with engineers and other teammates to define and prioritize features, blending user needs and business goals into a cohesive design strategy.
* **Rapid Iteration:** Quickly deliver compelling designs through rapid prototyping, user testing, and continuous refinement to meet evolving product requirements and tight deadlines.
* **Develop Design Systems:** Expand or establish design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products while empowering engineers with clear, reusable components.
* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work seamlessly with engineering and product teams to implement designs, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed to achieve the best results.

### 🗂 Preferred Qualification
* Deep empathy and alignment towards building a better “Bedrock Economy”
* 2 - 4+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX design, ideally with product management exposure.
* Proven track record of delivering fast, high-quality designs that drive successful product outcomes.
* Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
* Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and the ability to translate user needs into impactful product features.
* Exceptional communication skills for presenting designs and advocating for user experience within cross-functional teams.
* Quick and capable of working autonomously, able to iterate rapidly while maintaining a high level of accuracy and polish.
* Passionate about pushing design boundaries and finding creative ways to solve real-world problems with user-focused solutions.
