Account Executive for Tamvoes - Aging Care Connect (100% Commission-Based)

Territories: West, South, Midwest & Great Lakes, Northeast & Mid-Atlantic

eradicates data silos by facilitating the streamlined exchange of vital
information between patients, their families, and healthcare facilities,
including PointClickCare customers. We empower long-term care facilities to
enhance their healthcare outcomes and streamline administrative processes.

* _Job Description *_

At Tamvoes - Aging Care Connect, we flourish when our team thrives. As part of
our expansion into the North American market, we're seeking diligent Account
Executives who are not just adept at securing new business but are also
skilled at nurturing existing client relationships and neutralizing competitor
threats.

Your role will go beyond traditional sales; you will be the engine that drives
our growing client relationships. You will have a keen eye for opportunities
and the analytical mind to identify gaps in clients' needs before they even
recognize them. You will be a proactive, curious, and indispensable member of
our sales team.

Your meticulous attention to detail, foresight, and the ability to anticipate
clients' needs will propel us into the future with confidence.

* _Responsibilities *_

*Business Strategy and Planning: *

* Develop a robust sales pipeline to ensure 3-4x quota target coverage.
* Define target client segments, prioritize opportunities, and set clear objectives.

*Client Relationship Management: *

* Establish a deep understanding of each client's specific needs and tailor our solutions to meet those needs.

_Sales and Lead Generation:_

* Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking.
* Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and pitches that highlight the value of our services.

*Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination: *

* Partner closely with our internal teams, including marketing, operations, and medical professionals, to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

* Requirements *

* Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

* Minimum of 2 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally targeting Healthcare sectors.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

* Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business tools.
