The RemoteCostSeg team is 9 people today. We're focused on putting $1 billion
back into the pockets of real estate investors via tax savings from cost
segregation studies. This is your opportunity to be one of the first 10
employees at one of the fastest growing financial service companies in the
country - our annual run rate is over $2 million and we are currently growing
30% month over month.

RemoteCostSeg is hiring an Account Executive to meet, consult with, and
ultimately enroll prospective clients into our cost segregation study
services.

**What You 'll Be Responsible For:**

* Own and perform to a high-performance sales quota each month
* Continually improve your communication and consultative sales skillset through self-study, call-reviews, and 1-on-1 coaching
* Proactiveness and hustle
* Integrity with commitments
* Consistency and attention to detail. You do the boring work (that gets results) that other people put off.

As an Account Executive, it is your job to meet, consult with, and ultimately
enroll prospective clients into our cost segregation study services. You’ll be
having 5 - 10 sales consultations per day with qualified applicants, conducted
virtually via Zoom.

In addition to sales consultations, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and
nurturing an active pipeline of both current and future clients, as many
clients purchase 10+ cost seg studies throughout their investment lifetime.
When done right, the individual in this role will be responsible for enrolling
20 - 30 qualified clients each month.

As an Account Executive, you will very much be the “face” and representative
of the company to the applicants that you speak with, and you’ll be
responsible for ensuring that RemoteCostSeg and your clients are a good mutual
fit before enrolling. Our Account Executives are critical to the success of
our company.

**You 're A Good Fit If You Have These Traits:**

2+ years selling business services, financial services, or high-ticket
programs
Track record of continuous growth and exceeding sales quotas
Proven track record of success on a high-performance sales team
