**Position Overview:**
OpenComp is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our
growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success
in sales, particularly in the SaaS space, with a strong preference for
experience in the HR Tech industry. As an Account Executive, you will be
responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating
relationships with key prospects, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
* Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of OpenComp's solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Development Representatives, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and HR professionals.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to continuously refine sales strategies.
* Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts accurately.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive, with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS products.
* Experience in the HR Tech industry is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving growth.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, etc) and Google Workspace
