Cordance is seeking an experienced Account Executive for DocXellent who is a
proven seller of SaaS software solutions to customers in the
pharmaceutical/consumer health, medical device, or manufacturing sectors. We
are looking for an experienced hunter and closer who is self-motivated, goal-
oriented, and who works with a sense of urgency to manage a pipeline, drive
full sales cycle, and close business. The successful Account Executive is a
high-impact individual capable of driving new customer acquisition, generating
revenue and meeting or exceeding quotas.

**Responsibilities:**

* Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and quarterly and annual booking targets by initiating and completing the sales process
* Aggressively focus on new customer acquisition by qualifying and pursuing outbound leads to ensure a good fit for the product, laying a foundation for long term retention and customer success, also recognizing leads which should be returned to marketing for nurture
* Conduct prospecting activities with high priority target accounts through trade show attendance and other activities
* Penetrate new accounts by conducting discovery and creating a quantitative and qualitative ROI or value creation plan
* Collaborate with and coordinate internal resources to share information and execute sales cycles/processes
* Maintain diligent use of CRM to track all opportunities, leads, activities, forecasts, etc
* Liaise with SDR leadership and mentor assigned SDR with regards to industry relevant strategy/cadence/content and proper qualifying and disqualifying scripts and tools
* Proficiency with ENSUR use cases & ability to demonstrate all aspects of the software to users at various level of the client organization

**Qualifications:**

* 5+ years of proven quota attainment in B2B software sales for the pharmaceutical, medical device, or manufacturing industries
* Experience working in a smaller team with a fast-growing product at mid-market or enterprise sales level
* Experience becoming expert in a product swiftly
* Experienced hunter, with successful track record of acquiring new customers
* Proven experience qualifying and managing outbound leads
* Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles
* Strong experience reaching key decision-makers to build buy-in and successfully presenting to leadership of large, complex organizations
* Experience using Hubspot Marketing Hub and SFDC
* Ability to travel globally for client meetings, trade shows, etc
* If no industry experience, previous experience successfully moving into new domains or software applications required
