We're looking for a Business Development Manager who will help us shape our
team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence
on our success.
**Your Profile**
* Experience with enterprise sales at a startup
* Strong communication skills
* Creativity is something you leverage to get to talk with someone
* Experience or interest to work with Sales, Marketing and Analytics tools
* Experience working in small startups with limited resources
* Passionate about helping customers achieve success
* Willingness to communicate and share your knowledge with other team members
**Your Responsibilities**
* Create a GTM strategy for YData's product and create the Sales Playbook
* Grow YData's revenue through new customer acquisition
* Own entire deal lifecycle end to end on all new partnerships
* Provide visibility and metrics on performance via pipeline reporting
* Build and scale our sales technology stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, Prospecting tools)
* Oversee successful onboarding of new customers
* Craft messaging for customer outreach with Marketing team
* Translate customer and market information into well defined business requirements with Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams
* Grow and manage a BD team, owning goals for their success
* Play a key role in defining product pricing, & PoCs
* Negotiate contracts and work with procurement & legal teams to get deals signed
