Job Description:
XStyle is seeking a highly motivated CTO to lead our technology efforts. The
CTO will oversee project budgets, contracts, and product development timelines
while working closely with marketing, investor relations, and legal teams.
This full-time position reports directly to the CEO.
What You Will Do:
• Lead and manage an external software development team focused on 3D modeling
and visualizing fashion products using AI.
• Oversee program timelines deliverables, and update technical product
portfolios.
• Prepare technical documents to help investors and clients understand the
technical aspects of our AI platforms.
• Provide strategic direction and insights for technology development and
implementation.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• B.S. in computer science, engineering, or related areas with 5+ years of
experience.
• Hands-on experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning
development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Innovative, open-minded, and a fast learner.
• Proven experience in managing an AI software development team.
• Proficient in programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience managing external development teams.
• Experience managing UI/UX design teams.
• Knowledge of cloud-based computing and big data.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
• M.S. or MBA with 8+ years of work experience.
• Experience managing direct reports or working in a matrix environment.
• Experience in an early-stage start-up is highly desired.
• Ability to communicate complex technical terms to non-technical
stakeholders.

• Excellent execution skills and project management responsibility.
