Job Description

Wynter is a 2-sided marketplace: the demand side is the paying customers, and
the supply side is people with jobs (mostly director level and up) in specific
industries. We call these people participants.

* _We 're looking for an experienced marketer to lead our participant recruitment efforts.

The job is to grow our participant database to new heights, and run lots and
lots of growth experiments along the way. Gotta be experimentation-focused,
great with measurement and reporting, full of ideas and action.

Wynter is bootstrapped, fast-growing, and totally differentiated. We give B2B
companies feedback from their target customers in 12-48 hrs.

Our research participants are professionals working in B2B (mostly SaaS, but
also finance, e-commerce, manufacturing, construction, logistics, etc.),
mostly director-level people and up.

Our goal is to add at least 10,000 new participants to our database every
month. We are looking for someone who can scale our efforts through extensive
growth experimentation and optimization of our current recruitment campaigns.

**ROLE DETAILS**

You will be able to make an immediate impact on our organization, playing a
critical role. You will work in our participant recruitment team together with
another participant recruiter.

**Key focus areas for the role:**

* Build and execute participant recruitment strategies
* Build partnerships for long-term recruitment campaigns
* Identifying cost-effective advertising channels
* Running creative marketing campaigns
* Referral marketing
* Building and optimizing landing pages and audience signup flows
* Measuring and optimizing all recruitment efforts

Desired CPA is under $5 per recruited participant.

You'll be given targets for how many people we need in each sector (e.g. 2000
B2B SaaS CMOs, 500 SaaS procurement folks, etc), and you design and execute
the campaigns to recruit them.

Today, most recruitment happens through LinkedIn influencer campaigns,
outbound email campaigns, and newsletter advertising. We need someone to scale
our current campaigns and add new, cost-effective recruitment channels.

**About you:**

* You have a proven track record running growth experiments
* You are a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
* Extensive marketing experience, especially when it comes to email list building, paid acquisition, targeted media buys and partnerships.
* Strong outbound prospecting skills
* You’re a great communicator, especially in writing
* You're very organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
