We are looking for a founding engineer to provide sound technical execution in
all aspects of our business. You will work directly with the CEO and will act
as a technical lead, making decisions that will impact the current and future
operations of the company.
**Responsibilities**
* Support decision making on behalf of Window's technological requirements
* Maintain a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivering of the product to market
* Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
* Set up effective engineering processes in place that focuses on system reliability and availability, privacy and data protection and code quality
* Strategize and help bootstrap the engineering team
**Requirements**
* Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
* Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
* Excellent communication skills
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude
* BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
* Full-stack software development expertise: basic front-end stack (HTML, CSS, js), node.js, Ruby on Rails & React
* Working knowledge on DevOps & cloud infrastructure technologies: AWS, GCP, Heroku, etc.
* Experience with machine learning models and data analysis is a plus
Please note the role is currently equity only but salary will be added upon
completion of the next fundraising round, which the founding engineer will
play a key role in.
