Job Description

We're Welgo, a tight-knit crew that's crazy about delivering amazing
experiences for our guests in the Short-Term Rental (STR) space. After a
strategic pivot from managing 680 listings to focusing on about 200 hand-
picked, experiential properties, we're gearing up for something big. We're
looking for an experienced CMO who can help us build Welgo into a household
name and later transition to multiple niche STR brands. Behind the STR brands
- we're building an operating system for delivering WoW airbnb experiences
consistently for hosts.

**What We Need From You:**
All-in commitment. No side-gigs, no distractions.
Be ready to travel about a 10% of the time for. You'll need to understand our
markets first-hand and stay on cutting edge of STR space.

**The Basics:**
You'll be building and executing a **marketing strategy** from the ground up
to get Welgo to 90%+ in direct bookings and OTA indepndent
You're not just checking off tasks, you're solving big problems that make or
break our success.

**Who You Are:**
You've got at least 5 years of marketing experience, with a preference for
someone who has built a brand in the vacation rental or hotel industry.
Data is your second language. You make decisions based on it and can pivot
when needed.

customer retention strategies, you're on it.

**Immediate Tasks:**
Roll out a direct booking website and build a funnel to convert OTA traffic to
direct bookings.
Assess our current tech stack and recommend what will help us scale.

You are an avid traveler. You love experiencing new places, and cultures.
We want you to build a product that you'd PERSONALLY love to use. #1 goal is
to build something Airbnb guests and hosts would want - aka The #1 Platform
for delivering WoW Airbnb guest experiences consistently.

This means you don't just follow directions. You create direction.
I want you to push the pace. I want myself and all key players to feel
pressure to bring my A-game because you will not accept - anything less.

Welgo Space focuses on Usa, Europe, Philippines, and Israel . Their company
