Customers are making 5M+ changes per month across code, config, and infra.
Given that 80% of production issues happen because of a change the first
question that SRE/DevOps want to ask when they are troubleshooting is “what
changed”. Yet there is no system that is aware of all the changes. The size of
our target market (Observability) is estimated to be $40B by 2026.
Webb.ai automatically extracts all the changes and builds a Knowledge Graph
that provides the rubric for the relevant changes to the issue. The experience
we provide to the SRE/DevOps team is crucial to our success. We are looking
for a **UX Architect/Engineer** to lead this effort.
* You will interface with our design partners and early customers
* You will set the foundations for our UX experience.
* You will influence our architecture choices, engineering process & team’s cultural values.
* You will partner with the CEO, Product and Engineering to identify user insights and needs, and develop solutions for users
* You will take broad conceptual ideas and turn them into delightful solutions via brainstorming, sketching, end-to-end workflow prototyping, and high-fidelity detailed mocks. Don’t forget about edge cases for this!
* You will use your design skills to make strong typography, layout, and hierarchy choices
* You know when and how to test your ideas. Identify opportunities for usability testing, and be ready to run with this.
* You will design interfaces and interactions that are accessible, intuitive, and delightful to use
* Help define metrics and define solutions that improve our product
* Minimize investment risks by testing solutions and validate assumptions early
* Work closely with the co-founders and other engineers to design and develop new features.

**Your Experience**
* You have 5+ years experience as an UX Architect/Engineer. A background in Observability in companies like Datadog, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Lightstep, and Honeycomb is a big plus. A background in Human-Machine interaction design is a plus.
* Rich experience in designing SaaS UX experiences.
* Experience shipping digital products ie. Desktop, Web, or Mobile
* Passion for exploring emerging technologies, and making a positive impact on users lives through your work
* You can communicate complex ideas simply.
