**We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join us as Employee #1!**
You will work alongside our CTO on key foundational initiatives focusing on
systems integrations, full stack development, and site reliability.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work collaboratively to develop and maintain robust systems integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and performance
* Play a key role in architecture decisions and design discussions
* Embrace ambiguity and be comfortable making independent decisions when needed
* Take ownership of site reliability by monitoring performance, addressing issues, and optimizing infrastructure for high availability
* Continuously seek opportunities to optimize code, improve system performance, and enhance the overall user experience
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
* 2-5+ years of professional experience in software engineering
* Strong proficiency in Python, Django, React.js, and REST APIs or related technologies
* Ability to think critically and solve complex, often ambiguous problems
* Deep understanding of application development, systems integrations, and site reliability best practices
* Thrive at working in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to evolving priorities, and delivering high-quality results on time
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
