Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to
achieve and exceed sales goals. This includes developing and implementing
sales strategies, recruiting and training sales representatives, and providing
ongoing coaching and support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track
record of success in sales management, as well as strong leadership,
communication, and analytical skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals
Set and track sales goals for the team
Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives
Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives
Analyze sales data and identify trends
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure that deals are closed on time
Represent the company to customers and prospects
Stay up-to-date on industry trends
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales management
Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
