**Description**
We're seeking a motivated mid-level engineer to supercharge our product
development efforts. You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering
and enjoy the freedom to select the technologies and tools that will
revolutionize the insurance sector.
This is a remote-first role based in the US, offering you the flexibility to
work where you're most productive.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and refine an intuitive web experience for purchasing and managing insurance products
* Work with a broad technology stack
* Be an influential player in nurturing and growing our engineering culture
**Required Skills**
* Proven experience in building and maintaining web applications and REST APIs.
* Expertise in React, Typescript, NextJS
* Microservice architecture
* Strong collaborative skills, with experience working alongside designers and contributing to UX design
**Bonus**
* Previous experience with early stage startups
* Familiarity with deploying machine learning models, AWS or other cloud providers, DevOps practices and Segment, Amplitude or similar platforms
