We are currently seeking a dynamic B2B Sales and Marketing Champion to join
our team. If you're passionate about technology, driven to make an impact, and

Job Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a robust B2B sales strategy targeting SMEs and mid-sized corporations.
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
* Present and demonstrate our AI-powered coaching and development platform to potential clients.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
* Develop detailed customer personas and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
* Track industry developments and new technologies to position ViRA360 effectively.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CHROs, Heads of People, and Learning and Development leaders.
* Foster relationships through networking events, conferences, and industry webinars.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing support and relationship management.

Qualifications:

* B2B Sales Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR or coaching sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Coaching/HR Background is a plus.
* Sales and Marketing Skills: Strong skills in sales strategy, lead generation, market research, and relationship management.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
* Self-Motivated: Highly driven, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
