We are looking for an Engineering Manager to champion the growth and success
of our talented engineering team. This is a role where you will oversee 3-5
engineers on your cross-functional product pod and contribute as an engineer
to your pod's sprint goals.
You will be responsible for the performance and contributions of those you
supervise, with the ongoing goal of ensuring alignment with the rest of the
engineering organization. We all pull in one direction to ensure continued
business success!
At its core, this role is about supporting and empowering our team to do their
best work while reaching their professional development goals. You'll coach
your team to drive continuous improvement, keep each person accountable to
their roles and goals, and schedule regular 1:1s and check-ins to measure
progress and overall team health. You'll also lead your team's annual
performance reviews.
You'll be joining us at an exciting stage of growth for the company. We will
be continuing to scale the engineering team, and you'll work with the Director
of Product & Engineering to identify skill gaps and opportunities, shaping
these as open roles and enabling us to grow deliberately and effectively.
As we scale you'll partner with our leadership team to define benchmarks for
success for our application and the growing ecosystem of integrations and
connections, helping drive growth and expansion for the more than 100M users
around the world that rely on the Eezy.com network of sites each day.
