Job Description: As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing
tools and processes using Python and Ansible to support network documentation
and automation. You will work with NetBox, a data center infrastructure
management tool, to populate data and ensure synchronization with multiple
external systems. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing complex
processes and finding innovative solutions for integration and automation.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor team members on the
tools and processes you create.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop tools and processes in Python and Ansible for network documentation and automation.
2. Populate data into NetBox and synchronize it with external systems such as HRIS, Network Monitoring, and IPAM.
3. Cleanse and maintain data integrity in multiple systems.
4. Assess complex processes and devise innovative solutions for integration and automation.
5. Mentor team members on the tools and processes developed.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network-related initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of professional experience in Python and Ansible.
2. Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Django, VSCode, Git, GitHub, and RHEL.
3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and foster teamwork and collaboration.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex tasks.
5. Experience in the Energy industry is a plus.
6. A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
