will be instrumental in contributing to our ongoing success.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business
Development Executive to join our team and help drive our company's growth. In
this fully remote role, your primary responsibility will be identifying,
developing, and closing new business opportunities in the IT consulting
services market. You will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing
new clients, working closely with our marketing, sales, and technical teams to
create tailored solutions for clients and help achieve our company's revenue
goals.

While we prefer a Chicago-based resource, we welcome candidates from across
the United States to apply.

### Responsibilities:

* Identify, source, and nurture new business opportunities in the IT consulting services market through professional networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
* Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Conduct in-depth research on prospects and collaborate with the lead generation team to convert leads into clients.
* Develop and execute sales strategies and plans, working closely with internal marketing, sales, and technical teams to create tailored solutions for clients and ensure effective implementation.
* Manage and maintain relationships with larger clients as their primary account manager.
* Collaborate with internal resources to monitor and ensure successful delivery of projects.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

### Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience selling custom software development services and solutions.
* Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
* Proven track record as a closer, with the ability to navigate organizations to find the right contacts and decision-makers.
* Demonstrated success in revenue generation, client retention, and sales target achievement.
* Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

### Travel:

Occasional travel may be required for prospective clients, industry
conferences and trade shows.
