We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to help implement DevOps
pipelines and backend business processes.
** _What You'll Get To Do
_**
* Work with our development teams to design and implement high-availability, high-performance Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) solutions
* Work with database engineers and developers to write and update data synchronization tasks using python
* Support program management by solving ad hoc business requirements via python scripts
* Day to day involvement with DevOps automation processes for build and deploy systems
* Deploy infrastructure on AWS using Ansible and AWS CDK and support a cloud development environment
* Write Ansible playbooks (YAML) and AWS CDK (Python) to deploy software and servers
* Assist the team with creating user stories and features for existing and upcoming work
** _You’ll Bring These Qualifications
_**
* 5-10 years of experience as a Linux System Administrator, DevOps Engineer, Software Engineer, Automation Engineer and/or Cloud Engineer
* Experience coding in at least one popular Java/Ruby/JS/Python framework
* Knowledge and experience with configuration/automation tools such as Ansible/Chef/Puppet
* Web and Application server deployment experience (Apache HTTPD/Apache Tomcat and Spring/Django)
* Experience utilizing AWS services such as IAM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Config, Lambda, KMS, EC2, RDS, and S3
* Extensive experience with Git source code management system
* Ability to break large tasks down into smaller, more manageable pieces
* Experience working in Agile, SAFe, and Scrum environments
* Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field (i.e. Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science)
** _These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have
_**
* Expertise with IdAM solutions that supports the integration of enterprise user directories such as LDAP and AD, and/or 3rd-party SSO provider for identity information and applications via standards-based tokens
* Good understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and familiarity with openssl
* Familiarity with NIST 800-53 controls and how to implement security controls
* AWS Cognito/OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect experience
* Elasticsearch cluster deployment and management experience
* AWS VPC Networking experience with Subnets, Route Tables, nACLs, and Security Groups
* Experience configuring and implementing multi-factor authentication solutions for applications
* In-depth knowledge of validation by government information assurance and cyber security standards and practices through formal verification methods
* DoD STIG experience
