### **What You’ll Be Doing**
* Translate product requirements into technical specifications
* Work with founders to architect scalable software solutions based on user needs
* Manage (and help build) developer team to execute on plans quickly
* Guide the technical team during implementation
### **What We’re Looking For**
* Hunger to build, create, and establish a product that has the potential to affect millions
* 3+ years of relevant experience
* Background across programming languages (Java, Node, React, Python, SQL) is a plus
* Background in database design is a plus
* Experience working at a high-growth startup focused on Southeast Asia/India is a plus
* Comfort working under pressure in a fast environment and flexibility with changing requirements

manually. Their employees have been historically underserved as they lack a
formalized employment history and access to financial services infrastructure.

lightweight staff management platform that caters to both small companies as
well as their staff. Owners can track attendance, tabulate salary, and process
payroll in just a few clicks, while employees are given real-time visibility
