We are looking for a US based Co-Founder/CTO to join our startup team.
Who is VALTE?
VALTE is revolutionizing the $170 billion industry of Sneakers, Watches and
Cards by focusing on the needs of the collectors. VALTE will vault,
authenticate, image and digitize the users assets for free. Their assets will
live as digital goods which allows them to process transactions up to 11000x
faster than they currently do today with places like eBay and StockX.
For the collector, they can display, trade, sell, collateralize, connect, chat
with other collectors freely just by having an asset in VALTE. This all works
because we are a third party custodying the physical goods and the digital
goods are all on the blockchain allows for fast and efficient transactions.
VALTE aspires to be the go to app for collectors to browse items, check market
data, connect, browse collectors profiles, trade, sell, buy all of their
favorite collectibles. We are currently in the middle of raising a pre-seed
funding round via SAFEs.
Who are YOU?
We are looking for a Full Stack Dev to join our team of 2. We expect the right
candidate to be proficient in app development (both front and back end) and
have experience with blockchain/NFTs. We expect you to be hungry to work in a
startup and help us scrap our way to launching VALTE. Post-funding, you will
be responsible for hiring and managing the other developers you find necessary
to bring the porduct to life in our expected timeframes. We are truly looking
for a partner who is 100% focused on making this a success. Preferably, you
are a collector of either sneakers, cards or watches and have a passion for
the space, but not required.
Whats in it for YOU?
We would build out an unlock schedule for equity in the company pre-determined
in negotiations. There will likely be a mixture of time, deliverables and
funding rounds checkpoints that will unlock equity.
Post-funding, there will be a salary compensation in line with the other
founders.
VALTE.io focuses on Social Media, Consumer Goods, Marketplaces, and Blockchain
/ Cryptocurrency. Their company has offices in Bentonville. They have a small
