are core principles within the Sales organization.

**About the role** : As the Director of Sales and Customer Success, you will
play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory. Initially leading a team
of 2 Sales Reps and 2 Customer Success Managers, your direction will guide
team expansion; scaling the team as we grow and ensuring seamless
collaboration between these functions. Your focus will be on optimizing sales
strategies, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
Additionally, you’ll be owning Sales and Customer Success ARR goals, and
collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional
teams.

**Responsibilities and Ownership:**

**Sales Leadership:**
Develop and execute a strategic Product-Led sales plan to achieve revenue
targets.
Mentor and guide the sales team, providing coaching and support.
Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion.

**Customer Success Management:**
Oversee customer success initiatives, ensuring high retention rates and
customer satisfaction.
Implement best practices for onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support.
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues.
Foster strong relationships with key accounts.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
Work closely with marketing to align to define and deliver on company revenue
goals.
Collaborate with product management to provide customer feedback and influence
product enhancements.
Champion a customer-centric culture across the organization.

**Metrics and Reporting:**
Track KPIs related to sales performance, customer retention, and revenue
growth.
Regularly report on progress to senior leadership.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics.

at the same time want to continue to learn and develop your skill set. You are
a thinker and problem solver. You are a servant leader - able to work across
different departments and different management levels; focused on solving
customer issues and helping us solve business problems at scale. You will be a
leader and a teacher, passionate about developing a group of professionals in
their skillset and career.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
* Demonstrated success at SMB and mid-market PLG SaaS companies
* Proven experience in SaaS sales and customer success leadership within a high-growth, early stage environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
