Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate UX/UI Analyst to join our
dynamic team. As a UX/UI Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the
usability, functionality, and overall user experience of our platform. You
will collaborate closely with our product managers, designers, and engineers
to gather user insights, conduct research, and translate findings into
actionable recommendations to improve the user interface.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
* Gather and analyze user feedback, both qualitative and quantitative, to generate insights that inform design decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user personas, user flows, and wireframes that align with business goals and user needs
* Create interactive prototypes and conduct user testing to validate design concepts and iterate on solutions
* Conduct heuristic evaluations and accessibility assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
* Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of user interface designs
* Collaborate with the design team to maintain a consistent and visually appealing user interface across the platform
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design and apply them to enhance our platform's user experience
* Advocate for user-centered design principles and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
* Proven experience as a UX/UI Analyst or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
* Proficiency in user research methodologies, including conducting interviews, usability testing, and creating surveys
* Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
* Proficient in creating interactive prototypes using tools like InVision, Axure, or Marvel
* Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
* Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
* Passion for emerging technologies, fintech, and the creator economy
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities
