strategic technology initiatives that have an impact across the entire
University. We support USC’s senior leadership team as well as clients across

##### **Other Job Accountabilities:**
* Migrate existing on premise dotnet applications to Azure Apps and Salesforce applications.
* Performs platform troubleshooting when appropriate to identify and resolve technical problems when they occur.
* Assists with security governance, policies, and overall university compliance by embedding standards, procedures, and quality analysis measures into workflows/plans. Identifies and communicates system issues, bugs, and fixes, and aids the initiation of process-improvement efforts.
* Provides customer-focused solutions and builds and maintains effective customer relationships through timely follow-ups and efficient, effective feedback.
* Writes clear technical documentation for work performed and functionality developed
##### **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Four years of experience in information technology systems and/or software engineering
* Four years of experience in Microsoft dotnet, Rest API, Entity Framework.
* Four years of experience in Web Development technologies (Javascript, React or Angular).
* Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
* Experience with version control (git), Continuous Integration/Deployment and Software development lifecycle.
* Experience with Azure Development (Web app, Storage accounts, Function Apps, Service Bus, etc.)
* Experience with Salesforce/ServiceNow.
* Experience with Python and Pandas.
* Ability to coordinate multiple projects and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated experience with project management concepts and frameworks and an ability to execute on complex project plans and deliver status updates to a variety of technical and nontechnical audiences.
* Recognized certifications in relevant technologies or platforms, such as a Microsoft Azure Architect/Developer Solution, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer certificate or a Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Architect or Developer certificate.
* Ability to supervise, coordinate and mentor Student Worker-Programmers
_**Minimum Education:**_ Bachelor's degree Combined experience/education as
substitute for minimum education Minimum Experience: 2 years
_**Minimum Field of Expertise:**_ Two years’ experience in information
technology, software development, engineering, or relevant fields.
Foundational knowledge of security concepts, secure code development
techniques, and the development and configuration of software solutions.
Ability to understand and work with large, complex systems, write test cases
for new and existing code to ensure compatibility and stability, and provide
detailed information and summaries to peers and supervisors. Excellent written
and oral communication skills, and the ability to establish strong, positive
working relationships and rapport with diverse groups of team members.
