UpYield Finance is a Multi-chain DEFI protocol implementing risk-adjusted
yield generating products. UpYield is also an ecosystem with apps and services
making it easy to use the products offered by the protocol. The protocol is
governed by a DAO.
**The Team**
We are a globally distributed team and the plan is to be centred around
London, Dubai and Singapore. We are at a pre-seed stage and we are working on
the MVP.
**The Role**
We are looking to build a diverse founding team with a mix of skills. Everyone
is expected to be T-shaped and be able to get their hands dirty when needed.
The ideal founder needs to have tried to build a startup in the past and be
passionate about web3. Some leadership experience is also expected.

**What’s in it for you?**
We offer flexible working, and you can more or less build your job. Until we
get funded, you are not expected to work full time. Post funding we expect to
have remuneration in cash and as a founder you will have significant token and
equity allocations.
