As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you are responsible for growing our client
base with a focus on Partnerships. You have a proven track record of
consultative sales; being the trusted advisor; the ability to negotiate; a
strong understanding of the digital landscape and a willingness to embrace
disruptive, fast paced technology companies.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, proactive and entrepreneurial, ready to
seek out opportunities and make a tangible impact within the small business
ecosystem. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication
skills and a proven track record of closing deals. You will invest the time to
learn the small business ecosystem quickly

UENI’s growth is driven by our portfolio of partnerships. UENI collaborates
with a range of partners in the public and private sector looking to solve
problems for small businesses. We frequently promote partner services that
solve pain points our customers have told us about, while growing our own
distribution through partner promotions. We work closely with partners on
email and in-product communications as well as deeper integrations that
include the UENI solution into the partner’s broader offering.

**Job requirements**
_If you have a stellar sales track record, are a self-starter, and love
working in a dynamic environment, then UENI is the place for you._

* Minimum of 2 years of successfully selling SaaS products to mid to large companies
* These companies are US companies
* You have a network of advocates that will support your success in this role
* Ability to reach and develop relationships with decision-makers within your territory and key verticals
* Prior experience driving sales and business development activities
* Understanding of the digital ecosystem landscape and relationships
* Track record of success in carrying quarterly quotas and building and maintaining pipelines to achieve it
* Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
* Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
* Experience in bringing innovative / market defining products to market within a competitive landscape
* The ability to collaborate across internal teams to achieve the business goals and objectives
* You are a contributor to the team culture
* Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
