**Position Overview** : Trendalytics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Senior Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal
in closing new accounts, expanding key client relationships, driving revenue
growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of our product. You will develop
relationships with prospective customers to understand their business
challenges, and advise them on how they can best leverage the Trendalytics
platform to drive value for their business. You will be responsible for
sourcing pipeline through direct outreach, attending industry events and
leveraging your professional network. You will collaborate internally with
Trendalytics cross-functional teams to help drive our GTM strategy and Product
roadmap. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs,
craft customized solutions, and deliver exceptional service.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**

* **Prospecting, Sales Strategy and Brand Marketing** : Acquire new business from target client segments and source deals with outbound-focused sales strategies. Attend industry conferences and host roundtables with prospects, thought leaders and ecosystem partners to help build the Trendalytics brand name and meet new prospects. Understand client business objectives, challenges, and goals to provide tailored data-driven solutions.
* **Client Relationship Managemen** t: Support CSM in building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients.
* **Sales and Revenue Growth** : Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
* **Solution Delivery** : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of our platform’s solutions. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
* **Product Expert and Strategic Consultation** : Become an expert on the product, use cases and industry. Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering strategic insights based on data trends and analytics. Provide recommendations that help clients leverage our solutions to achieve their business objectives.
* **Performance Monitoring** : Power a strong feedback loop to inform our product and marketing roadmaps. Track and analyze account performance, preparing regular reports on sales metrics, client feedback, and project outcomes. Utilize these insights to refine strategies and improve service delivery.
* **Industry Expertise** : Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Share relevant insights with clients and internal teams to enhance our solutions and strategies.
* **Client Advocacy** : Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively. Advocate for client needs within Trendalytics to ensure that expectations are met and exceeded.

**_Qualifications_ :**

* **Experience** : Minimum of 4+ years of experience in outbound, full cycle sales, or a related field, preferably within the data analytics or technology industries.
* **Passion for Prospecting** : Be energized by sourcing leads, attending events, meeting with clients. Be a self-starter, self-motivated and entrepreneurial in spirit.

* **Retail industry and Software Product Acumen** : Must have the technical aptitude to understand data analytics tools and platforms as well as data-centric concepts. Prior experience in the retail sector and software sales is a plus, but passion for the industry and data is a MUST.

* **Demonstrated ability** : Proven skills in managing and growing client accounts with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Is resourceful and adept at overcoming business challenges.
* **Strong insights, instinct and communication skills** : Be able to drive effective discovery to understand customer needs and communicate them cross-functionally. Can articulate software capabilities in an understandable and visionary way
* **Attributes** : Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, start-up-feel environment. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
