Key Responsibilities
**Strategic Technology Leadership:** Define and execute the company's
technology vision in alignment with business objectives.
**Platform Development** : Lead architecture decisions with a focus on
scalability, security, and performance.
**Product Growth:** Drive platform development to create seamless experiences
for tour guides and participants.
**Team Building:** Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering
team that thrives on collaboration and innovation.
**Innovation & Optimization:** Pioneer advancements in real-time audio
streaming, WebRTC optimization, and cloud infrastructure to stay ahead of
industry trends.
**Operational Excellence:** Implement DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines,
and robust cloud deployment strategies to ensure platform reliability.
**Collaboration** : Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to
define and refine product features.
**Product Roadmap** : Develop a roadmap for mobile app features, including
review systems, data collection, payment processing, and in-app marketplaces.
**Compliance & Budgeting**: Manage technical budgets, vendor relationships,
and compliance with data security regulations.
What We’re Looking For
**Proven Leadership:** Experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Technical
Lead in a startup or high-growth environment.
**Technical Expertise:** Mastery of .NET (backend/cloud services), React
(frontend), and Node.js with WebRTC for real-time audio streaming.
**Cloud Proficiency:** Strong knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure and
microservices architecture.
**Hands-On Builder:** Comfortable coding and problem-solving alongside your
team when necessary.
**DevOps Champion:** Skilled in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and
scalable deployment strategies.
**Mobile Savvy:** Familiarity with mobile development (React) is a plus.
**Collaborative Communicator:** Adept at translating technical challenges into
business opportunities and collaborating cross-functionally.
**Visionary Problem Solver** : Ability to balance immediate technical needs
with long-term scalability.
