Job Description

We are searching for a motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our
growing sales team. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new
business sales, nurturing leads, and building lasting relationships with our
clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

Prior experience of using [TouchBase AI

is must for this role.

**Sales & Business Development:**

* Develop and implement strategies to identify and target potential clients.
* Present and sell company SaaS products to potential clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring presentations accordingly.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.

**Relationship Management:**

* Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
* Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and immediate value realization.

**Collaboration:**

* Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to relay customer feedback and help improve the overall user experience.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms are fulfilled, and clients receive optimal service.

**Market Insight:**

* Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
* Attend industry conferences, workshops, and networking events as required.

**Reporting & Administration:**

* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.
* Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior management.
* **Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 1+ years of experience in SaaS sales or related experience.
* Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
* Proficient with CRM systems (Hubspot, SalesLoft, [TouchBase AI](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/touchbase/dhmeacbamnkenejkmdneghjndaihdhdc) is a plus).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
