### Minimum qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 4 years of experience as a software engineer.
* Experience programming in one or more of the following languages: C, C++, Python, Go, Perl, or Ruby.
* Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, System Design, and Distributed Computing.
* Experience in Kubernetes (Administration and Troubleshooting)
* Experience in Helm Charts
* Experience in data structures, Unix/Linux systems, IP networking, performance, and application issues.
### Preferred qualifications
* Experience in the cloud-native applications space.
* Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex distributed systems. Monitoring and Observability Practices.
* Experience with GitOps.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience with Microservice architectures.
### Responsibilities
* Design and execute projects to improve the reliability of the Toggle platform.
* Execute projects that will improve the reliability of our Products.
* Reduce the operational work significantly for our footprint on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
* Leverage Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) strategies to deliver on-demand infrastructure.
* Optimize existing systems, build infrastructure, and eliminate work through automation.
* Implement GitOps strategies.
