engineers that want to the next generation marketing platform from the ground
up.
About YouAs a backend engineer with production AI experience. You will
architect, build, and deploy Tildei's conversation first marketing SaaS
platform and insure that AI/ML is at the core of the product. You approach
problems with curiosity, find innovative solutions to complex problems, and
communicate your learnings to the full team. You utilize data when making key
decisions and thrive through constant communication.

### Role & Responsabilities
* Own and develop the software powering our platform
* Implement and extend powerful AI/ML systems
* Ensure system reliability, scalability, and uptime
* Develop documenting and debugging processes for technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Improve the capabilities of the team through code review, pairing, and other forms of collaboration
* Collaborate with the executive and product team to define and deliver solutions
### General Experience
* 5+ years of software development experience
* 3+ years of Typescript or Javascript experience
* 3+ years of Nodejs or Deno experience
* 1+ years of practical experience implementing AI/ML
### Nice to haves
* Postgres expertise
* Traditional and Severless DevOps experience
* Elasticsearch experience
