spearhead the development of a pioneering mixed reality framework, as part of

**Key Responsibilities:** Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of
engineers in designing, developing, and implementing a cutting-edge mixed
reality framework that seamlessly integrates gaming, AI, and immersive
experiences. Must have experience hiring & managing top-notch software dev
engineers into VR/AR and AI realms.
**Gaming and AI Expertise:** Leverage your deep expertise in gaming
development and AI to create innovative solutions that push the boundaries of
mixed reality experiences. (note: this is not a gaming app!)
**Modular Framework Development:** Architect a robust and modular framework
that allows partners to easily extend, customize, and build upon, fostering a
collaborative ecosystem.

**Research and Innovation:** Stay at the forefront of mixed reality, gaming,

**Qualifications:**
-Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

-Expertise in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Python, along with in-depth knowledge of AI frameworks.
-Strong understanding of 3D graphics, rendering pipelines, and shader programming.
-Previous experience in developing and deploying gaming applications for diverse platforms.
-Familiarity with mixed reality technologies like Unity, Blender, ARKit, ARCore, or immersive VR platforms.
-Demonstrated ability to architect modular and extensible software frameworks.
-Passion for innovation, startups, and a willingness to embrace early-stage challenges.
-Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners.
