and manage this unstructured information.
Our AI-powered search technology seamlessly integrates with popular tools like
Slack, Notion, PDFs, and CRMs, enabling teams to quickly find and utilize
critical information. Our current focus is on enhancing customer experience
(CX) teams to improve customer service and increase revenues, but our
technology has broad applications across various verticals. As we scale, we're
looking for a visionary Head of Engineering to join our team and lead our
technical efforts.
### The Role
As Head of Engineering you’ll be spearheading the development and expansion of
both our technology platform and engineering team. You’ll be working across
the stack (frontend and backend) to rapidly develop and apply AI-powered
features with immediate business impact. This is a hands-on, 0-1 role with a
significant opportunity to help shape the future of ThreadScribe. This is a
fully remote, equity-based position that will transition to a full-time,
salaried role at the earliest opportunity.

### What you’ll be doing:
* **Write Code:** Design and build robust AI-powered search technologies that are highly scalable and performant.
* **Iterate:** Develop iterations of the product based on customer feedback.
* **Collaborate:** Partner with the CEO, Head of Marketing, and other leaders to define and execute the engineering strategy.
* **Hire:** Build a world class engineering team (post-funding).
### What you’ll need to get the job done:
* Proven experience as an engineering leader or full-stack developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
* Deep experience with one or more of: NodeJS, React, Typescript, Python, and chatbot development.
* Hands-on experience with event-driven systems and distributed web applications.
* Excitement for and knowledge about implementing cutting-edge AI systems.
* Excellent communication skills, especially in asynchronous remote work environments.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
