ThoughtSpot is hiring a **Principal Product Manager - Pricing & Packaging** to
build out and execute our product monetization strategy. This role is critical
for driving revenue growth and market competitiveness through innovative
pricing strategies and compelling product offerings across all ThoughtSpot
products - ThoughtSpot Analytics, ThoughtSpot Embedded, Mode.
**What you 'll do:**
* Leading the development and optimization of pricing models, packaging, and discount strategies
* Collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance teams in effectively formulating and communicating pricing strategies
* Performing detailed product, competitor, and financial analyses to support the development and promotion of packaging and pricing suggestions
* Improving scalability & support of our billing & metrics engine to aid in internal reporting and data-driven decision making
* Act as the product liaison for GTM functions (Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Sales, Demand Gen, partner team) to drive consistency in cross-team collaboration on customer-specific initiatives and marketing campaigns, and to be able to share business execution updates to the R&D organization.
**What you bring:**
* 8+ years of hands-on experience in product management, pricing analysis, and market research for a B2B software product
* Metrics oriented, data-driven and analytical
* Experienced in efficient and transparent communication across the company
* Experience with billing engines/self-service checkout flows is a plus
