Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Specialist to join our dynamic
team. This role focuses on building Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI
models from scratch using Python and other processing languages like
LangChain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine
learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and a passion for
pushing the boundaries of AI technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Model Development: Design, build, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs)
and other AI models from the ground up.
Programming: Utilize Python and processing languages such as LangChain to
develop robust and scalable models.
Data Processing: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure
high-quality input for model training.
Algorithm Implementation: Implement and refine machine learning algorithms to
improve model performance and accuracy.
Model Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models to ensure
reliability and efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other
stakeholders to integrate models into various applications and systems.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of model development
processes, algorithms, and code.
Research: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
to continuously improve and innovate model-building techniques.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to model performance,
data processing, and integration.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial
Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in building and deploying LLMs and other AI models.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with LangChain or similar
processing languages.
Experience with NLP and related technologies.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow,
PyTorch, or similar.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience:
Prior experience in an AI automation or machine learning engineering role.
Experience with end-to-end model development, from data collection to
deployment.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with other programming languages such as Java or C++.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and
Kubernetes.
Knowledge of advanced NLP techniques and tools.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or related
fields.
