**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our
executive team. This role will be instrumental in guiding the operational
direction of TheraSyn Bio, fostering operational excellence, and ensuring the
successful execution of our strategic vision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the strategy and execution of business operations.
* Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with the CEO and other executives in decision-making and setting strategic goals.
* Manage procurement processes and resource allocation.
* Supervise and mentor executives, promoting a high-performance culture.
* Monitor performance, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
* Uphold compliance with legal and ethical standards and maintain partner/vendor relationships.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in a COO or relevant executive role.
* Knowledge of diverse business functions (HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.).
* Expertise in strategic planning and business development.
* Fundraising experience is a plus.
* Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
* Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
* Strong communication and public speaking abilities.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
**Compensation:**
* Initially, compensation will be focused on equity in the company.
* Transition to a salary structure will occur upon the successful acquisition of business funding.
