The Gym Doc Consulting is looking for Director of Operations to join the
quickly growing team!

Here are the job’s responsibilities and duties:
👉 Oversee our Client Success Team and ensure customer expectations are aligned
and services are delivered excellently.
👉 Monitor and report client KPI’s. Ensure the Client Success Team’s ownership
in maintaining healthy KPI scores for the clients.
👉 Run and manage the operations of the business from client fulfillment
process to system innovation. Ensures that day-to-day operation is a well-
oiled machine.
👉 Ensure customer satisfaction and provide solutions for client complaints and
feedback, as needed.
👉 Maintain an in-depth understanding and knowledge of our business operations
to successfully champion our brand to the rest of the Client Success Team and
our clients.
👉 Ensure that all client assets, requirements and processes are laid out to
aid smooth end to end service delivery.
👉 Work closely with the management team to set and/or implement policies,
procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
👉 Provide recommendations and implement improvement plans for new or existing
client management processes.
We are looking for someone who exemplifies below skills:

✅ MUST HAVE: Excellent communication skills
✅ SHOULD HAVE: Decision making, critical thinking & problem solving skills
✅ SHOULD HAVE: The ability to take initiative and ownership
✅ SHOULD HAVE: Media buying & GoHighLevel experience
Note that this role can be done anywhere around the world. However, we do
require the successful hire to work alongside the team in the EST timezone.
Additionally, this role is a 100% full-time position.
The initial base pay for this role is at USD65K - USD100K annually, depending
on your skills and experience, with a possible USD10K - USD15K in addition as
performance bonus. Since this role is a management and executive position, the
successful candidate will have a chance to grow his/her career to manage the
entirety of the Company’s operations as we scale into a multi million dollar
entity.
