Job Description

Telepath Health is looking for a full-time Sales Executive to join its
successful, expanding sales team. This is a hybrid, in-person and work-from-
home opportunity and available to any qualified US-sales person. If you are an
ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business as well as service
existing clients’ requirements, then we want to hear from you.

As Sales Executive, your responsibility will be to ensure personal monthly and
annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your account
management, new business development and sales skills.

Our target market at the moment is in digtal health. The product is a fully-
integrated digital health e-commerce and prescribing platform, so we are
looking for someone with experience selling into the digital health, local
health and wellness (independent medspas, local health & wellness clinics,
etc.).

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Develop new business and increase spend by all new and existing clients, in line with targets.
* Ensure communication and relationships with colleagues is excellent and deliver world-class service.
* Must be able to demonstrate and uphold our Company Values: Respect, Understanding, Creativity and Professionalism
* Maximize opportunities afforded by Telepath’s existing clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* New business development, from either Telepath’s clients in the US; generated leads, referrals or own network.
* Maintain and develop relationships with existing company clients by providing outstanding service, support.
* Work to monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
* Position and sell Telepath’s as a telehealth software leader.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
This is a (mostly) Commission-Only position with an extremely competitive
commission structure. We can pay a nominal base salary but are looking for a
self-starter who can largely work on comission.
Benefits are negotiable.
We are a hybrid team and have members in Denver, CO and the SF Bay area, as
well as abroad. While this job can largely be done as a WFH position, we are
looking for someone in those general geographic regions for occasional in-
person meetings and occasional in-office days.

EXPERIENCE:

* Minimum 3 years’ demonstrable sales success in sales and or healthcare
* Ability to communicate via telephone and email.
* Presentable and confident in face-to-face meetings.
* General higher education or sales-training and qualifications.
* Able to build rapport quickly over phone or face to face.
* Strong networking skills.
* Motivated self-starter.
