**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and write comprehensive test suites for Solidity smart contracts to ensure code quality and security.
* Utilize and adapt existing testing frameworks and tools, with a focus on Hardhat and Foundry, to create and execute robust tests.
* Proactively work on security aspects of smart contracts, demonstrating a strong passion for blockchain security.
* Operate autonomously within a small team environment, taking initiative and owning responsibilities without requiring close supervision.
* Collaborate effectively with both internal engineering teams and external audit partners to address and resolve security issues.
* Translate auditor findings into actionable test cases and coordinate with engineers to devise robust solutions.
* Stay abreast of the latest innovations in blockchain technology and smart contract development, and be enthusiastic about driving change and improvement.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in Solidity, with a robust portfolio of tested smart contracts.
* Familiarity with smart contract security tools and frameworks, such as Slither and others relevant to the Ethereum ecosystem.
* Demonstrable ability to work independently and take the lead on testing initiatives.
* Strong communication skills, capable of acting as a liaison between auditors and engineers to facilitate effective problem-solving.
* A deep-rooted passion for innovation, particularly within the context of blockchain technologies and smart contract development. Preferred Experience:
* Experience with both Hardhat and Foundry, and understanding the transition process from one framework to another.
* Prior experience working in a test engineer role, especially within the blockchain or cryptocurrency domain.
