**Job Description:**
We are looking to hire a Business Development Analyst who will play a crucial
role in driving TalkPath Live’s expansion and is excited at the prospect of
participating in the development and advancement of an early-stage enterprise,
with all of the growth potential that affords. The ideal candidate is a
motivated self-starter, a resourceful and creative problem solver, and a
solution- oriented thinker with knowledge of technology-based strategic growth
initiatives. Candidate’s expertise will be highly valued by an uncommonly
collaborative team, and their efforts will produce a real, tangible impact on
a wide range of clients benefitting from custom-tailored therapy delivery.
* **Responsibilities:**
* Interacting and collaborating daily with senior leadership team
* Actively participating in the planning and implementation of business growth goals and projects
* Conducting extensive market research and data analysis to identify emerging trends and competitor activities
* Identifying potential target markets
* Assisting in the development of various lines of business (including creating business plans and financial models, working with both internal and external parties)
* Optimizing existing operations through automating, systematizing, and streamlining various business processes
* Contributing to a diverse and wide array of duties that will evolve as both the position and the company continue to evolve
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (a master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus, but not required)
* Demonstrated prior experience in business development or building a product or service
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret market data and trends
* Solid understanding of IT systems, software solutions (such as CRMs), and emerging technologies
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
