T-Rex Solutions is looking to select an Oracle Cloud Engineer to support the
US Department of the Treasury TCloud enterprise cloud development effort. This
effort aims to facilitate holistic multi-cloud solutions to meet the
Department of Treasury’s enterprise-wide infrastructure needs.
**Responsibilities:**
* Design, deploy, operate, and maintain resilient secure Cloud environments to enable development teams to deliver features in the most efficient way possible.
* Operate and maintain cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (Iac) and SRE principles.
* Maintenance and ongoing development of automation and continuous build/integration/deployment infrastructure for multiple environments; write, build and deploy scripts.
* Enable observability and resilience throughout multi-cloud landing zones and Dev/Test/Prod environments.
* Support implementation of security policies, standards, guidelines, and governance.
* Continuously assess, onboard, and enable new FedRAMP cloud services using security best practices for IAM and networking.
**Requirements:**
* **Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance**
* Bachelors degree and five (5) years or more of related experience or Masters and three (3) or more years of related experience.
* Proven background working in cloud environments with experience and knowledge in 4 or more of the following areas:
* Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban
* Agile collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence
* CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, Artifactory)
* CSPs including OCI, Azure or AWS
* Containerization and container management with Kubernetes and Helm
* Security automation with tools such as Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST)
* Cyber tools - Aviatrix, Orca, Splunk, Amulous, STIG scanner
* Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation
* Git, branching strategies, GitFlow and/or GitHub Flow
* Cloud high availability and scalability best practices and architectures
**Desired:**
* Active Treasury clearance preferred

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range
for this position is $125,000 - $160,000. Please note that the salary

experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as
market and business considerations when extending an offer.
