As a Senior Python Developer/Lead Python Developer/Lead at Synovize, you will
play a vital role in developing and delivering high-quality software
solutions. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and
maintaining Python applications using Flask and Git. This is a full-time,
permanent position offering a competitive rate within the range of $50-$90 per
hour, based on your skills and experience.
##### **Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze project requirements and design scalable Python solutions
* Develop and maintain Python applications using Flask framework and Git version control Python applications using Flask framework and Git version
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
* Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality
* Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
* Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and ensure timely project delivery
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Python and related technologies
##### **Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Python development
* Strong proficiency in Python programming language
* Experience with Flask framework and Git version control
* Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote team environment
